Refund policy
At ZELVY, we follow the Sunnah in our business practices and prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully content with your purchase, we provide an exchange and return policy under the following conditions:
- The perfume bottle must retain at least 95% of its original contents to be eligible for return.
- Returns are accepted for undamaged, lightly used perfume bottles in their original packaging within 25 days of purchase.
- The free tester included with the perfume must also be returned along with the product.

- Customers are responsible for shipping the product back using a trackable courier or registered post at their own cost.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Individual bottles from sets or bundles cannot be returned separately; the complete set must be returned to qualify for a refund.
- There will be no return or refund on sale or discounted products.
- Sample sets are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- All returned items must be accompanied by their original box, and any additional packaging materials.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned items.
